SUMMARY:Blue Remembered Hills by Dennis Potter
DESCRIPTION:Join us in York Theatre Royal’s Studio for the deeply nostalgic Blue Remembered Hills by Dennis Potter.\nIt’s set in the summer of 1943 where a group of seven year olds are playing. We see them mimicking the bewildering adult world at war around them but their innocent laughter is tinged with cruelty. This play takes you from comedy to tragedy. A modern classic to savour.\n\nWednesday 18th – Saturday 28th February 2026.Evening shows 7:45pm with matinees on Saturday 21st and Saturday 28th at 2pm. Tickets £15.\n\nStick around after the performances on Friday 20th and Friday 28th February for a Post Show Discussion with the company.
